Upgrading your OneX plan

How do I add a plan on OneX?

Step 1: 
Sign into your OneX account using your email address and password here: https://www.onex.co/Auth/action/login 





Step 2:
On your Dashboard, click 'Get Subscription'. You will be directed to the plans page.




Step 3:
Select the plan desired then click "continue."

The plans available are:
  1. OneX On-Demand
  2. OneX Go Live
  3. OneX Go Live Plus
You can pay monthly or per term (every 4 months).

Step 4:
Select your payment option and fill in your credit card information.            

There are convenient payment options:
  1. Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard)
  2. Cash (BillExpress)
  3. Bank Transfer  





Step 5:
If you choose a monthly plan. It will be automatically renewed every month. If you choose a term plan, it will automatically renew every 4 months.
Click "proceed" to confirm your payment.



Step 6:
Once payment has been successfully processed. Your plan will be automatically added to your account. Payment confirmation and an invoice will be sent to the registered email address on the account.



Your Learner Dashboard will now show the plan you subscribed to.
