How do I edit my One Academy student's profile?
The Student's Profile details are viewed and edited from the Family Dashboard. To go to the family dashboard, please log into your OneX account by using your registered email address and password here: https://www.onex.co/Auth/action/login
Log into your One Academy Account. Once Logged-in, click the "Go to Family Dashboard" button.
Already logged-in?
Click the "My Account" button in the top right corner of the page, then select the "Access Family Dashboard" option from the drop-down menu.
Next, click the "Go to Parent Dashboard" button.
Step 2:
Once on the Parent Dashboard tab, you should see the student profiles that are linked to the One Academy account.
Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the student profile that you want to edit.
Update the information if necessary. You can make changes to the student's name, email, school etc.
Scroll to the end of the page, and click the "Update Profile"
button when you are ready to save your changes.
