How to Book an Academic Success Consultation

To books a consultation with our Academic Success Advisor, you will need to log in to your OneX account at https://www.onex.co/Auth/action/login and follow these steps

Step 1:

Look to the right hand side of your Learner Dashboard for the Booking area. Click "Schedule Now"

Step 2:

On the Booking window, click the "date" column to view the dates available. You can also click the "time" column to see the times available.

Step 3:

Once you have selected your date and time. Click "book consultation".

Step 4:

Enter your details:

1. Name

2. Email address

3. Phone number

Then click "schedule consultation".

You will get a booking confirmation on screen and in your email.

You can reschedule or cancel this booking anytime before the day of consultation.
