How to Reset My Password?

To change your One Academy password, click "Forget Password" on the log-in page.

Step 1:

Enter your email address then click on "send"

Step 2:

Check your email address for the reset email from OneX Support. Click on "Reset Password" to proceed.

Step 3: 

Enter your new password. Repeat the new password then click "change." You will now be able to access your account with the new password.

Remember: Your password MUST be unique. DO NOT use the same password for another website.
