The following article provides a step-by-step guide for payments and refunds. To start, go to the Membership & Pricing tab on the Manage Account page by logging into your One Academy account using the parent's email address. Then, click the MANAGE MY PLAN button in the top-right corner.
Paying for a One Academy Subscription
Subscribers are given a free 1-Week Premium Trial when they first sign up for a paid subscription. Your card is not charged if you cancel before your trial ends.
You can pay for a premium One Academy subscription using a credit/debit card or the balance from your xD wallet only. Your premium subscription includes full access to:
- Skills-Gap Diagnostic Tests
- On-Demand Courses/Videos
- Free Academic Consultation
- Discount on the Cost for Booking Tutors and Classes
On the the Membership & Pricing tab, you will see the different
subscription plans. Click the preferred subscription and then click the
GET PLAN button to continue.
This will take you to the checkout page. Enter your payment information and then click START YOUR FREE TRIAL. Your card is charged at the end of your 7-Day Premium Trial.
Paying for Tutoring, Classes & Workshops
You can pay for Private Tutoring, Live Classes, and Workshop sessions on the One Academy website by using a credit/debit card, a bank transfer, or cash payment via Bill Express.
Using Debit/Credit Card
- Make sure that you have a free OR paid subscription on One Academy (see steps for Paying for a Subscription above).
- Add the preferred courses/classes to your cart and then click the shopping cart icon in the top-right, or the GO TO CART button.
- In your cart, click PAY WITH CREDIT CARD, and then click the COMPLETE PAYMENT button.
- Enter your payment details, and the click the PAY button to continue.
Using Bank Transfer
Bank transfers can be used to pay for Classes and Workshops only; not subscriptions.
You can also find these steps under the Manage Payments tab on the Manage Account page.
Local Banks
- Log into your account by using the parent's email address, and click MANAGE ACCOUNT in the top-left of the Who's Learning page.
- Click the MANAGE PAYMENTS tab, and then click the BANK TRANSFER icon to view your Account Number.
- Transfer the correct amount for the Class(es) or Workshops to any one of the following local bank accounts:

- Scan or take a picture of the receipt and attach it to an email with the subject: "One Academy Payment for Team Operations - *ACCOUNT NUMBER*", and send to paymentconfirmation@oneacademy.com
- Make sure to include your Account Number in the payment details, as well as the name you used to sign up for One Academy
- Ensure
the email is sent within five (5) days of payment or you will not have
access to your Classes and Workshops on One Academy.
International Banks
- Log into your account by using the parent's email address, and click MANAGE ACCOUNT in the top-left of the Who's Learning page.
- Click the MANAGE PAYMENTS tab, and then click the BANK TRANSFER icon to view your Account Number.
- Transfer the correct amount for the Class(es) or Workshops to any one of the following US bank accounts:

- Make sure to include your Account Number in the payment details, as well as the name you used to sign up for One Academy

Using Cash via Bill Express
Cash payments can be used to pay for Classes and Workshops only; not subscriptions.

- Log into your account by using the parent's email address, and click MANAGE ACCOUNT in the top-left of the Who's Learning page.
- Click the MANAGE PAYMENTS tab, and then click the CASH PAYMENT icon to view your Account Number.
- Go to any Bill Express location, and inform the agent that you wish to pay to One on One Educational Services Limited
- Provide your Account Number (see steps 1 & 2 above)
- Give the agent the correct money for the selected Class(es) or Workshop, plus the Bill Express fee.
- Scan or take a picture of the
receipt and attach it to an email with the subject: "One Academy Payment for Team Operations - *ACCOUNT NUMBER*", and send to paymentconfirmation@oneacademy.com
- Make sure to include your Account Number in the payment details, as well as the name you used to sign up for One Academy
- Ensure the email is sent within five (5) days of payment or you will not have access to your Classes and Workshops on One Academy.
Requesting a Refund
Refunds are sent on the 15th and the last day of every month.
- The date(s) of the charge(s)
- A copy of the invoice(s) for the charge(s)
- The last 4 digits of the card being charged
- The email address for the Parent Account being charged
